REFUND POLICY: 

Victorinox knives are of the finest quality, and are fully guaranteed.  We haven’t sold a defective knife in 20 years.  However, if we do ship you a defective knife, it will promptly be replaced at no cost to you. 

 A restocking fee will apply if you make a change to your order after is has been shipped.
